Why We Stand Out
Two focal points of Earnestness: We stand out because “We truly want to help people, and we take our job very seriously.” We are Ethical, Engaged, and Effective. Our Inspiration Platform was identified as Affinity: An immediate and easy liking or sympathy for someone or something. We will be remembered because “We Love what we do, where we do it, and who we work with. Above all else, we value people.” Pillars under this platform include Natural, deep, unguarded concern for others.
PARALEGALS
Laura Irvine
In May of 2000, Laura and her family moved from Nebraska to the St. George area. Brad hired her at his prior firm in July 2000 as his secretary. As Injury Smart Law grew, we realized that her skills would benefit our firm, so Laura joined us in July 2009. Her job and skills have evolved and she is now a paralegal. Laura loves being able to help clients deal with the insurance and medical pitfalls that are forced upon those injured in a crash.
Laura has two children, both are married and have children of their own. Her hobbies include reading, enjoying our great outdoors, going to garage sales, and cross-stitching. Importantly, Laura’s favorite past-time is being a grandma and spending time with her five grandchildren.
Tania
Tania joined our team in June of 2022. She previously worked as a paralegal with the law firm of Farris & Utley, PC, and has experience in civil litigation, family law, collections strategy, and estate planning. She is a native Spanish speaker. Tania now works as a paralegal and intake specialist for Injury Smart Law.
Tania has been married to Jeremy for 21 years. Together, they have 3 children. Her family’s main focus is to support one another. Tania’s children are all very active. They spend a lot of time at sporting events including track and basketball and even enjoy a casual game of pickleball or volleyball every now and then. Tania’s favorite things include visiting her extended family in Mexico, crocheting, thrifting, and going on bike rides with her family.
SUPPORT STAFF
Lisa
Lisa joined the Injury Smart Law team in 2022 and is already loving it! She has lived in Southern Utah for most of her life along with her husband, James, and their six children. Lisa has a tender place in her heart for our clients. James was involved in a life altering ATV crash twelve years ago; it changed their lives and perspective on life forever. Lisa easily identifies with the challenges those hurt experience in a real and personal way.
She enjoys reading, playing the piano, dancing, being out in nature and doing family history. Most of all, she loves to spend time with her husband, children and three-month-old grandson.
Lisa looks forward to many years with the firm and getting to help people along the way!
