Bloomington 4th of July 2013

The 4th of July Celebration in Bloomington is celebrating it’s 4th year in 2013!  Each year it gets better!  This year the theme picked is… “MY NAME IS AMERICA.”

Events kick off with the Patriotic Fireside on Sunday, June 30th, 2013 @ 7:00 p.m. hosted by the LDS Bloomington Stake in the LDS Chapel on Brigham Road. Program includes patriotic music, guest performers, a great speaker, and refreshments!  This Presentation is Free.

Come out to kick off the morning right at the 5k Run/Walk early on the morning of the 4th!  Runners start at 7:00 a.m. from the LDS Mulberry Chapel. Don’t miss out on the limited cute t-shirts for $5 registration in the 5K!  Register early so you get one!  5k Registration Form is here.

Join the Bloomington 4th of July Parade this year!  Each year it gets bigger and better.  Lineup at 8:00 a.m. at the LDS Bloomington Stake Center on Brigham Road.  Parade starts promptly at 8:30 a.m..  The Parade Entry Form is available by clicking here.

Enjoy Breakfast in the Park 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. with pancakes, sausage, and eggs to order.  $5/person or $20/family. All proceeds go towards the annual expense of the Bloomington Flag and Park.  Enjoy this community celebration with your friends and neighbors!

Activities for the kids and entertainment until 11:00 a.m..
